Olympic Champion – Newbuilding Project

Olympic Champion symbolises the speed and the luxury of the Ferry. The ship was built in the shipyard of Fosen in Norway. The restaurants of the ship have received the quality certificate Hellenic Kitchen from the Greek Ministry of Tourism.

The ship was built in 2000 and Aluminox has successfully delivered all the galley, bar and self service areas. We managed to comply in full with the high standards of the Norwegian shipbuilding. Proof of that is the fact that Aluminox continues to cooperate with Fosen shipyard until today, especially when the shipyard has demanding projects. A sister vessel was also built the following year, named Olympic Spirit and Aluminox was again the supplier for the galleys.
