Anek Kydon - Galley Refurbishment to USPH standards

With this long waited post we would like to share with you our experience of this refurbishment project. Our scope of work was the supply of galley equipment and the visual turnkey conversion of the galley, shelf-service area and the cold rooms, all according to USPH requirements.

The project took place in Perama ship repair zone and in Syros shipyard. For Syros shipyard you can also check our separate post here

The project lasted for about 4 months and you can see from the photos below the galley area and the bars were totally reconstructed

After the area was cleared we laser scanned it and in this way we were able to perform the detailed engineering for the needs of the project. You can see in detail the results of this in our separate page Engineering with Aveva
